Sambal Ulek Recipe (Hot Chili Paste)
Ingredients :
25
2 teaspoons
Fresh red chilies
Salt
Vinegar or tamarind liquid
Method :
Put the chilies, seeds and all, into a container of an electric
blender
.
Add enough vinegar or tamarind liquid to keep the mass moving.
Blend to a paste.
Add Salt.
Put into a sterilized bottle and store in the
refrigerator
.
Use as required in the recipes.
