Ingredients:

Cold Rice 150 gr
1 piece of chicken fillets, halved
100 grams of beef, boiled and crushed
Third eye Javanese tamarind
banana leaves for wrapping

Spices:
4 red onions
1 / 2 tsp cumin
1 / 2 tsp coriander
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mix the ground spices, tamarind Java, filet of chicken, and beef. Let the spices infuse for 1 hour. Fried fillet and meat until done.
