Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients :
750g 3 tablespoons 2 tablespoons 2 large 3 1 cup 2 3 tablespoons	Ground beef or chicken Oyster sauce Ketchup Onions, chopped Red chilies, chopped Breadcrumbs Eggs Coriander, chopped Salt and black pepper to taste Oil for frying
Method : Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs. Make small round balls and leave in the refrigerator before frying. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs until cooked. Serve with mild or hot salsa sauce.
