Bean Curd and Bean Sprouts Recipe

(Taukwa dan Taugeh)


Ingredients : Serves 6

2 squares

250 g

2 cloves

2 tablespoons

Yellow bean curd

Fresh bean sprouts

Garlic, crushed

Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Soy sauce to taste

Method :
  • Cut the bean curd in slices.

  • Wash and drain the bean sprouts.

  • Pinch off any brown tails of bean sprouts.

  • Fry garlic in oil until golden.

  • Add bean curd and bean sprouts and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

  • Add seasonings to taste and serve immediately.
