Stir-Fried Cauliflower Recipe


Ingredients :

1 Cauliflower

3 tablespoons Oil

2 teaspoons Salt

1 teaspoon Sugar

4 tablespoons Water

Method :

Wash the cauliflower in cold water and discard the tough outer leaves. Cut into florets with part of the stalk still attached. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the cauliflower for about 1 minutes. Add the salt, sugar and water and cook for a further 2 minutes or, if you prefer your vegetables well done, for 5 minutes, adding a little water if necessary. Serve hot.
