Stir-Fried Mushroom with Black Beans Recipe


Ingredients :

1 cup Sliced mushrooms

1.75 cup (14 oz) Canned black beans

0.5 Medium size onion

2 cloves Garlic, crushed and minced

4 tablespoons White cooking sherry

4 tablespoons Vegetable broth

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

1/2 teaspoon Cumin

3 tablespoons Tamari

Method :

Saute onions and garlic in the sherry, vegetable broth and tamari until the onions are translucent. Add the mushrooms, black pepper and cumin and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 20-30 minutes or until done. Serve hot with white steamed rice.
