Fish and Glass Noodles in Banana Leaf Recipe (Sate Ikan)

Ingredients :

500 g

25 g

1

1/2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

200 cc

Fish fillet, minced

Glass noodles, cut into 10 cm lengths,

soaked in water until tender, drained

Onion, chopped

Pepper

Salt

Thick coconut milk from 1 coconut

Banana leaves

Method :
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Put 1-2 tablespoons fish mixture on a banana leaf and wrap.
  • Do the same for the remaining mixture.
  • Steam until cooked.
  • Remove from steamer and serve.
