Bok Choy with Tofu Recipe


Ingredients :

0.5 kg/1 lb Tofu

1 large head Bok Choy

1 small packet Button mushrooms

1 Carrot, julienned

2 tablespoons Soy sauce

2 tablespoons Peanut oil

2 tablespoons Fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Method :

Cut the tofu into large cubes and mix with the soy sauce. Set aside. Heat wok and add 2 tablespoons of peanut oil. Add carrots and ginger, stir fry for 1 minute. Add button mushroom, stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add bok choy leaves and stir-fry for 2 minutes until wilted. Cover occasionally to produce some steam. Finish by adding 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Season with additional soy sauce if necessary. Serve while hot.
