Corn Pudding Recipe


Ingredients : Serves 4

15 ml/1 tbsp plain (all-purpose) flour

300 ml/4 pt cups milk
350 g/12 oz/1 large can of sweetcorn (corn), drained
1 egg white, whisked
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method :

Mix the flour to a paste with a little milk, then mix in all the ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Turn into a greased souffle dish, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 30 minutes until the centre is set.
