Ingredients : Serves 4 |
4 vegetarian sausages, sliced |
Method : Grill (broil) the sausages until crispy, then drain on kitchen paper (paper towels) and cut into small pieces. Mix together the sausages, apples, cheese and celery and season well with pepper. Warm the pitta breads under the grill (broiler), cut in half and gently open up. Stuff with the filling and heat through in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 10 minutes before serving. |
