Mixed Curried Beans Recipe |

Ingredients : Serves 4 |
100 g/4 oz/0.5 cup butter or margarine 2 onions, chopped 5 ml/1 tsp garam masala |
Method : Melt the butter or margarine and fry (saute) the onions until just browned. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute, then add the coriander, garam masala and chili powder and fry for a few seconds. Stir in the tomatoes and sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the beans, season to taste and heat through thoroughly before serving. |
