450 g White cabbage 1 Green pepper (capsicum) 1 Red pepper (capsicum) 3 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Sesame seed oil |
Method : Thinly shred the cabbage. Core and seed the green and red peppers (capsicum) and thinly shred them. Heat the oil in a wok until hot. Add the cabbage and the peppers and stir-fry for 1 1/2 minutes. Add the salt and stir a few more times. Add the sesame seed oil to garnish and serve either hot or cold. |
