Bulgogi Sauce Recipe

Ingredients :

1 teaspoon Chinese bean paste

2 teaspoons sesame oil

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons rice wine

2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted and ground

2 teaspoons scallions, chopped finely

1 teaspoon chili sauce

2 small cloves garlic, crushed

Sugar to taste

Salt to taste

Method :

Use a small bowl to mix in the sesame oil and soy sauce. Then stir in the water, rice wine, Chinese bean paste, ground sesame seeds, chili sauce and scallions. Make a fine paste by crushing the garlic with sugar and salt to taste. Stir in the garlic paste, mix well and serve in small individual sauce dishes.
