Chicken Stew Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

1.5 kg roasting chicken

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 cup light soy sauce

2 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon garlic, chopped finely

3 scallion, chopped very finely

Salt to taste

Method :

Use a sharp kitchen knife to cut the chicken into small bite-size pieces. Use a large heavy pan to add all the remaining ingredients. Mix them well and add in the chicken pieces to be marinade at room temperature for 2 hours. Heat up a wok on low heat and cook with the lid covered until the chicken is tender. Best to serve hot with steamed rice and kimchi.
