Lamb in Milk Curry Recipe (Kari Kambing)

Ingredients :

Garlic, finely sliced

Shallots, finely sliced

Cinnamon stick

Star anise

Cardamoms

Cloves

Lamb, sliced into pieces 3 X 4 X 5 cm

Water

Evaporated milk

Tomato, chopped

Salt to taste

Coriander

Cumin, roasted

Aniseed

Dried chilies

Chopped ginger

Chopped turmeric

Garlic

Shallots

Method :
  • Heat oil and sauté garlic until golden brown.
  • Add shallots, stir until soft, then add ground and whole spices.
  • Continue to stir until fragrant.
  • Add meat, water, milk, tomato and salt.
  • Cook until the gravy thickens.
  • Serve hot.
