Spicy Bumbu Crabs Recipe

Ingredients :

Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon

3/4 teaspoon

Flower crabs, cleaned and cut.

Long beans, cut into 4 cm lengths

Onion, cubed

Ginger, shredded finely

Garlic

Chili paste

Fish curry powder

Lemon grass, lightly smashed

Curry leaves

Cooking oil

Oyster sauce

Tomato sauce

Anchovies stock granules

Sugar

Water

Method :
  • Heat oil in a wok and fry ginger and garlic until golden and fragrant.
  • Add chili paste and fish curry powder, lemon grass and curry leaves. Fry until fragrant.
  • Add seasoning, crabs and long beans.
  • Toss well to combine.
  • Cover and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Add onion and stir-fry until the sauce is thick.
  • Serve immediately.
