Spicy Shrimps and Green Beans Recipe (Udang Pedas)

Ingredients :

2 tablespoons

Spices (ground)

Oil

Medium-sized shrimps, discard head

Chinese chives

Green beans - Petai

Lime juice

Red chilies

Tomato

Shallots

Garlic

Salt

Method :
  • Heat oil and sauté ground spices.
  • Add shrimps, Chinese chives and Petai.
  • Stir frequently, taking care not to overcook the shrimps.
  • Add lime juice before removing from heat.
  • Serve hot.
